Clinic Update!

A few changes Starting Monday February 6, 2023

We will no longer have a full time, in-office receptionist. But don’t worry! Andrea, our beloved Office Manager, will still be working for us, but from her home office. She will be answering emails and voicemails daily (weekdays only) and if needed, you will still be able to book appointments through her. We would like to encourage everyone to get comfortable booking and cancelling your own appointments through Jane. If this is unavailable to you, email communication is preferred: yarrow33@shaw.ca.

Ilana Moon (RAc) is now managing her own reception and appointments. For booking and cancellations, or general information with Ilana, please feel free to contact her directly at: victoriamassageacupuncture@gmail.com.

We appreciate your patience while we transition into this new system. Thank you for your support.
